Description
This junmai ginjo is brewed with revived “Shinriki,” well qualified sake rice that is said to be the origin of sake brewing rice.
It is characterized by a deep, well-balanced flavor with a mellow mouthfeel and gentle ginjo aroma. “OYO” – the eagle’s graceful glide – symbolizes tranquility and a sense of space in this hectic world.
Its label art was designed by Adeline Yeo – Matsuzaki, Singapore finger painting artist.
