Loch Lomond and Kerr Cellars Limited Edition was created to celebrate Christie Kerr becoming a Loch Lomond Whisky Ambassador. The liquid is a 2002 Loch Lomond Single Malt that has been finished in Kerr Cellars 2016 Calera Clone Pinot Noir French Oak Red Wine casks.
2002 Loch Lomond Single Malt was chosen by Master Blender Michael Henry and is elegant and refined with an underlying fruit character from the Loch Lomond Distillery. The spirit was chosen to celebrate Christie’s first win on the LGPA Tour.
The release is limited to 4,000 bottles.
In a golf-inspired tale, this whisky unfolds with grassy hints, a vibrant medley of fruits like pineapple and watermelon, transitioning into a dessert-like delight of creamy, fruity flavors reminiscent of a malty, boozy, and fruit-packed trifle, leaving a lasting impression of Loch Lomond oak and cask-infused richness on the palate.
