With the rise of the “natural wine” movement, we were pleased to discover we’d been making this wine “that way” for years…with wild yeast , no additions and no clarification, this is a wine of energy and life. Vivacious aromatics of pear liqueur and wet stones make it complex and classy. It is also ripe without being clumsy. Grown at over 1km above sea-level, this wine screams of its provenance. Light shines from it and this Pinot Gris dips its lid to the Alsace, but confidently strides its way home to Orange.
