Since 1844, this beer has been brewed in our farm-brewery during the wintertime.
Considered as “The Classic” among old-world farmhouse ales, it is coppery blond, with fine
aromas, and fruity notes on the palate. A real re-fermenter in a bottle, expect more complexity
as it ages in a cellar from this already very easy to drink yet complex and particularly
aromatic beer.
