Usage of website
Our website (www.tsawines.com.sg) can only be used by those aged 18 and above for alcohol purchases.
Legal age
The goods that we sell on www.tsawines.com.sg are not intended for consumption by persons under 18, as per the legal drinking age law in Singapore. We will not knowingly sell our products to any user under the age of 18. ID checks must be compulsory.
Product specifications
All features, content, specifications, prices of products and services described or depicted may not be complete or current and are subject to change at any time without notice. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions and to change and update information at any time without prior notice. Please note that such errors, inaccuracies, or omissions may relate to product description, pricing, and availability. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you. Certain weights, measures and similar descriptions are approximate and are provided for convenience purposes only. In the event where a product is priced wrongly or graphically represented incorrectly, we have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for the product. We will make all reasonable efforts to accurately display the attributes of products, including the photo, color, size, format, and packaging. We will also do our best to display as accurately as possible the photo, color, size, format, and packaging of the products shown on this website. However, we reserve the rights to deliver to you the same product but in a different packaging.
Product reviews
Product reviews are contributed by our customers’ experience and perception. We hold no responsibility on the reviews submitted and displayed. We reserve the right to remove comments or reviews that we deem unsuitable.
Promotions
Promotional items are for a limited period only, while stocks last, non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. TSA wines reserves the right to start or discontinue any promotion whenever, without prior notice.
Orders
Acceptance of Orders
The order confirmation email does not constitute our acceptance of an order or our confirmation to treat a product or service. We reserve the right to refuse to sell a product to any customer for any reason. We also may require verification of information prior to the acceptance and/or delivery of any order.
Delivery
Orders will be processed only after we have confirmed and received the customer’s payment. All orders will be packed in a carton box, or 4/6 pack holder and we will do our best to ensure that they are delivered.
Delivery charges
We offer free delivery to one Singapore address per order if the order total is above $100. Should the order total fall below $100, a delivery charge of $20 will incur. We reserve the rights to change the existing shipping rates without prior notice.
Third party delivery providers
We work with a few different 3rd party logistic providers to dispatch all our deliveries. These 3rd party logistic providers use independent delivery agents and requires them to follow their set of standard operating procedures during and post-delivery to ensure that the parcel is timely and correctly delivered. As such, we are not responsible for the behavior, negligence, conduct, actions, or inactions on the part of the delivery agents. If you have any complaint in relation to the delivery services provided, then that dispute must be taken up with the Delivery Agent directly.
Recipients
All delivery recipients must be aged 18 or above and must be able to quote the Order Number when requested. Upon receiving the package, the recipient will be asked to sign the Delivery Order form as an order completion acknowledgement.
Refund policy
Due to the nature of our products, in general all purchases are final, non-returnable, non-exchangeable and non-refundable. We will be happy to hear you out and help you in any way we can.
Indemnity
Our products are sold via this website with the intention to be consumed by end-consumers. If you purchase any products via this website with the intention to resell, you agree to indemnify TSA Wines Pte Ltd to the maximum intent permitted by law against all costs, charges and expenses incurred or sustained, including the cost of obtaining or retaining legal counsel, in connection with any action, suit or proceeding brought against you as a result of reselling the products to your customers at your establishments. TSA Wines Pte Ltd. is not responsible for any damages, injuries, or claims arising from or caused by the sale of our products to you.

In an attempt to provide increase value to our visitors, we may choose various third-party web sites to link to from its own site. These linked sites are only for your convenience and therefore you access them at your own risk. TSA wines has no control over these linked sites, all of which have separate privacy and data collection practices.

Data collected by TSA Wines
Personal data collected will not be used for a new purpose unless we obtain consent from our customers. We collect personally identifiable information for the sole purpose of registering a user for our website. In addition, we maintain a record of your product interests, purchases and whatever else might enable us to enhance and personalize your shopping experience. We also monitor site use and traffic patterns to improve our site and the products and services we offer.
Data collected by our third-party delivery providers
In the case that we are working with a 3rd party logistic providers to dispatch our deliveries. These 3rd party logistic providers use independent Delivery Agents and requires them to follow their set of Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) during and post-delivery. These SOPs may require the Delivery Agents to take a photo of the parcel outside the recipient’s door and to get the recipient’s signature. These data will immediately be protected and kept in our 3rd party logistic provider’s server, which will be inaccessible to everyone but them.
