Do I need to create an account to place an order?
No, you can simply place an order and check out as Guest. However, as a registered user, you would be able to retrieve your past purchases and saved billing addresses for a quick checkout experience.
All parts of Singapore except Jurong Island, Pulau Ubin. For tight security locations (like data centers etc.), we will contact the purchaser to pick up at the gate upon arrival.
Kindly note that we are unable to ship overseas.
Can I request to modify the order which was placed?
We will be able to make amendments for you if the orders have not been packed/ shipped. Order amendments are subjected to availability. Please send us an email at email@example.com or WhatsApp to +65 8818 0822 and we will do a check for you.
What if I would like to cancel the order which was placed?
Please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org or WhatsApp to +65 8818 0822 within 12 hours. If the order has been processed/ shipped, we will not be able to cancel the order.
How can I check on my order?
You will receive an email after placing an order stating the order details. If you have registered an account, you can check from your account directly otherwise, please send us an email at email@example.com or WhatsApp to +65 8818 0822 and we will do a check for you.
What if the item(s) I have ordered, is out of stock?
We keep close checks and update on our inventory, as accurately as possible. However, in the event if the item(s) is out of stock, we will contact you for alternative replacement arrangements. In case if you do not accept our recommendation, we will revise your order and ship the available items to you.
What is the minimum amount to be eligible for free delivery?
We provide free delivery for purchases, S$100 and above. Otherwise, the delivery will be charge at S$20 (one location only).
Can I request for self-collection if I do not meet the minimum amount for free delivery?
Yes, it is possible! After placing an order, contact us to make the self-collection arrangements. We will let you know the available self-collection time slots
I have provided a wrong shipping address; how can I correct it?
Please contact us at +65 8818 0822. We will check if the order has been dispatched. If yes, there will be a reroute fee chargeable at S$20. However, if the orders have been dispatched and received, alternative arrangements to be made by purchaser.
When can I receive my order?
You can expect your order to arrive in 2 working days after receiving the payment.
