Aurore Legrand represents the 8th generation heading this estate created in 1848. Talented and passionate, she creates a wine that is both very elegant and full of character. Transitioning towards organic winegrowing, the estate sits in a remarkable location for winemaking, nested in the heart of a forest, protected by unspoilt nature and preserved biodiversity. Château Pas du Cerf is the perfect expression of the growing development of this iconic terroir in Provence. Ian Woosnam took great pleasure in making this “Les Lavandes” cuvée with Aurore, full of the freshness and minerality he is so fond of.

Appearance: lovely pale pink colour with salmon hues.
Nose: intense yet fine nose mixing notes of vine peach and citrus fruit.
Palate: fresh and rounded, fully expressing the exceptional terroir of the estate.
