A refined Bourgogne Hautes Côtes de Nuits, Domaine Dubois La Montagne 2022 is crafted from 100% Pinot Noir, offering a deep ruby hue and aromas of floral and red fruits. The palate evolves from fresh red fruits to candied and subtle animal notes, with a medium body, structured tannins, and a long, elegant f inish. Aged 12 months in Demi-Muid barrels, this organic-conversion wine thrives in clay-limestone soils. Perfectly paired with roasted meats and creamy cheeses, it is best enjoyed at 16-17°C (61-63°F) and has an ageing potential of 3 to 5 years.
