Description
Patagon’s Cabernet Sauvignon presents a deep dark colour and is somewhat opaque, with a great complexity in the nose which combines plums, cherries, liquorice, vanilla, and cocoa. In the mouth, it is full-bodied with a blend of firm tannins; complimented with hints of cherries and toffee that give the wine a concentrated aromatic persistence. This wine is perfect to enjoy in companion of rack of lamb stuffed with boletus.
Appearance: A dark red purple colour.
Nose: Complex, with notes of plums, cherries, liquorice, vanilla, and cocoa.
Mouth: Full-body structure with firm, rounded tannins, as well as hints of cherry and toffee on the finish. A deep flavour, with a smooth texture.
