This refined red wine is a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, cultivated at altitudes of 150 to 180 meters on southeast-facing, sandy soils with a sandstone structure. Harvested in three stages between mid-September and late October, the grapes undergo temperature-controlled vinification in stainless steel tanks. The result is a ruby red wine with an intense and elegant bouquet of red berries, and a soft, rounded palate that is both smooth and enveloping.
