A refined Cadillac Côtes de Bordeaux blend of 50% Merlot and 50% Cabernet Sauvignon. Deep ruby red with aromas of red and black fruits, toasted and grilled notes. The full, round palate features tannic depth, a long finish, and f lavors of cherry, vanilla, spices, and toasted bread. Aged 8 months in French oak, it pairs well with red meat, duck, and cheese. Best served at 17°C (63°F), with an ageing potential of 15 years.
