Description
Each year the best 7 barrels are selected from a total of 4500 barrels and a blend is constructed from these components. It is limited to a production of 2300 bottles and reflects the qualities of the particular vintage.
This is a very Special (Secret) Blend – open the bottle and the blend is printed on the cork, so only revealed when the wine is opened!
It has a deep garnet colour, with a complex nose of black-fruit aromas as well as notes of rubber, tree bark and rooty berry fruits. The wine itself is fresh on the palate, having a rounded mouthfeel with depth and density. A long aftertaste of notes of cocoa, dried herbs, and black fruits, as well a chewy texture characterize the finish.

Appearance: Deep garnet colour.
Nose: Blackcurrant, blackberry, plum, bitter chocolate, vanilla pod, forest, liquorice, and spices.
Mouth: Fresh on the plate, with voluptuous tannins. A round mouthfeel with depth and density, with a chewy texture to characterize the finish.
